Beginning February 17, its Mardi Gras time! The parade, the beads, the amazing jazz music! For Chef John Bela, Mardi Gras is all about the amazing Cajun/Creole food to eat during this celebration. Back by popular demand, join the Chef this evening as he creates a festive menu that celebrates one of historys greatest culinary regions. Your menu begins with Hot and Spicy Pan-Fried Bourbon BBQ Shrimp and Spicy Creole New Orleans Crab Cakes with Spicy Remoulade Sauce. The main dish is Cajun Chicken, Sausage and Shrimp Jambalaya. Dessert is White Chocolate Pecan Bread Pudding. Let the debauchery begin!
